You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 22-381 Parking Lot Asphalt Repair, Fabric Overlay, and Seal and Stripe Services at the Pasadena DMV field office. Purpose and Description of Services: Parking lot asphalt repair, fabric overlay, and seal and stripe services at the Pasadena DMV field office. Term: forty-five (45) calendar days within the term of 04/01/2023 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 06/30/2024. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Estimated total contract cost: $180,000.00. Bidder Qualifications: The bidder shall possess a valid A or C-12 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they shall perform under the contract. All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference : A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled on 2/16/2023 at 8:00 a.m. at 49 S.
