SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR NAVY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY (NSMA) BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (BOS) JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING (JBAB), WASHINGTON, D.C.

The Contractor will perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, and minor construction for the building and structures, building systems, and miscellaneous: Interior and exterior finishes, roofing, foundation, structural components, cathodic protections, tanks, Petroleum, Oil, Lubricant(POL), System, pipelines, HVAC, fire protection, vertical transportation equipment (VTE), intrusion detection systems, boilers, unfired pressure vessels (UPVs), compressed air systems, potable water (including backflow prevention devices), lift stations, electrical, lighting arrestors and grounding devices, cathodic protection systems, auxiliary generator systems (including emergency and portable generators), grease traps, exhaust hoods and ducts, weight handling equipment (WHE), signs, fences, locksmith, drainage ditches, monuments, flag poles, roads and paved surfaces, striping, curbs, sidewalks, parking lots, drainage systems, ponds (fountain), outdoor courts. All work shall be performed in accordance with the PWS. The Government requires services to facilities, ground structures, personal property equipment, and installed equipment, systems, custodial services, pest control, refuse collection, disposal and recycling, continually maintain ground areas in a manner that will produce healthy (pest and disease free) grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean, neat, and freshly manicured appearance. The period of performance includes one (1) 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month Options.
