Description

Scope of Services
The City of Costa Mesa is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants for talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning services for the Human Resources Division under the City Manager’s Office Department. The City of Costa Mesa has approximately 450 full-time employees and 160 part-time employees. The city is committed to recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce of high-quality staff.

The Consultant shall identify opportunities and provide recommendations to innovate and modernize recruitment processes, and to hire and retain a diverse workforce of high-quality staff through talent management and succession planning.

Other Details
The proposer(s) shall work with City staff to provides services in three key areas as outlined under: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Succession Planning. Contractor may provide service in any one, two, or all three areas.
