Existing buildings may be renovated to supply the required office and warehouse space. A minimum 16’ clear height and 30’ on center column spacing is required in the warehouse space. Portions of the warehouse shall have overhead doors.Offered sites must provide safe access to arterial roadways.All site utilities must be able to support the Government’s requirements.The site must allow the Government to send and receive radio and microwave transmissions successfully as
well as provide for consistent and clear cell phone reception.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A non-fully serviced lease is required. The Government will contract separately for gas and electric utilities. Expressions of interest received by the Government after this deadline will not be considered for the purposes of the Market Survey scheduled for June 16, 2020.
