Terminal Lease and Supplement No 1 - ADA-32555: Alaska Central Express, Inc. (ACE)

PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Terminal Lease ADA-32555 covering Room NA116 (office room) and NTC107 (counter space), consisting of 793 s.f. and Supplement No. 1 to ADA-32555 covering N2 Hardstand, consisting of 32,840 s.f. at the North Terminal of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Alaska Central Express, Inc. (ACE) TERM: The Terminal Lease will be for nine (9) months from September 29, 2023, through June 30, 2024 covering Room NA116 and NTC107. Supplement No. 1 will be for six (6) months from January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024 covering N2 Hardstand. Current Terminal rent rate is $86.85/s.f./yr and current Aircraft Ramp rental rate is $1.85/s.f./yr. AUTHORIZED USES: Operation and maintenance of NA116 (office room), NTC107 (counter space) and N2 Hardstand (ramp space) in support of Permittee’s air carrier operations.This file is available for review during regular
