First published Friday, December 15, 2017 Sealed proposals will be accepted at the address below until 3:00 PM, Thursday February 1, 2018: Strategic Procurement Illini Plaza, Suite 202 1817 South Neil Street, MC-603 Champaign, IL 61820 The Office of Strategic Procurement, on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, and on behalf of the Office of University Counsel, requests proposals from responsible vendors to provide legal counsel for health care advice, and related services in a variety of health care and life sciences subject categories, on an as-needed basis. A multiple award, and subsequent contracts are anticipated for legal services for each category identified in this solicitation. A primary and secondary award may be made for each of the twelve (12) categories. One category of General Health Care has been set aside for awards to small businesses. The initial term of this procurement is for four (4) years from time of contract upon the last dated signature of the parties. The initial term is estimated from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022. The resulting contract will contain a renewal option for one (1) renewal option of four (4) years approximately from 07/01/2022 through 06/30/2026 at the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Any renewal options are based on continuing need, favorable market conditions, and in the best interest of the University.
