The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve Hilcorp North Slope, LLC’s application for Air Quality Control Minor Permit AQ0183MSS04 for the Gathering Center 2. Applicant: Hilcorp North Slope, LLC 3400 Centerpoint Drive, Suite 1400 Anchorage, AK 99503 Location: Latitude: 70° 18’ 42” North; Longitude: 148° 51’ 35” West Activity: Hilcorp North Slope, LLC applied for a minor permit under 18 AAC 50.508(6) to revise or rescind the terms and conditions of a Title I permit. Emissions: The change in potential annual emissions of regulated air pollutants at the stationary source will be: -28.10 tpy NOx, -46.17 tpy CO, 8.99 tpy VOC, -2.07 tpy of PM-2.5, -2.07 tpy of PM-10, and -0.25 tpy of SO 2. ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for this project under AS 46.14 and 18 AAC 50.
