A determination not to compete this proposed contract action, upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. (15) Set-aside Status: Pursuant to FAR 5.201, this announcement is a synopsis of Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal’s (ACC-DTAs) intent to award a sole source contract modification pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Oshkosh Defense LLC, of Oshkosh Wisconsin. ACC-DTA will procure an estimated quantity of 637,000 hours of Total Package Fielding (TPF) support for the JLTV Trucks. As authorized by FAR 6.302-1, procurement by other than full and open competition is necessary because Oshkosh is the only source that can readily provide TPF support without the Government incurring an unacceptable delay.
