Description: The City is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified designers to provide plans, specs and construction-phase services for improvements to the City's Lake Jimmy Jackson Park, 1430 Blue Creek Rd, Hogansville GA. Project will include: (1) Permanent signage (directional and interpretive; (2) New kayak/canoe dock; (3) 0.5-acre playground; (4) Border, mulch and access path between playground and parking; (5) 4 small fishing pavilions; (6) Volleyball court; (7) 1,200 sf of 8' mulch path to volleyball court; and (8) Landscaping at existing restroom bldg. Proposers should submit 3 sealed, unbound copies of their qualifications/proposal packages by 4 pm, Friday, January 14, 2021 to Lynne Miller, City of Hogansville, 111 High Street, Hogansville GA 30230 ATTN: LJJ Improvements Design. Proposal content should include (1) Firm's history and resources; (2) Personnel to be assigned; (3) Relevant experience including at least 3 similar projects; (4) Proposed approach; (5) Proposed schedule; and (6) Proposed fee.
