D--Wireless Spiral 3 (On-Ramping)

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego is currently soliciting offers for Wireless Services and Devices via the on-ramping procedures outlined in the original solicitation N00244-16-R-0018 and subsequent contract awards. This opportunity adds new carriers to the existing suite of Spiral 3 Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ MACs). The IDIQ MACs will cover domestic end-users for both domestic and international usage. Required users of the Governmentâ€TMs Spiral 3 Wireless MACs are Military Members and Federal Civilians within the DON. Based on DoD guidance other Federal Agencies will also be authorized users under this contacting vehicle. The Government intends to award IDIQ Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contracts. This requirement will be re-solicited as “Unrestrictedâ€�. The resulting new IDIQ MACs will be for the remaining period of performance under the current contracts. The last option under the existing MACs expires on November 7,

2022. The start date of new contracts is August 1, 2019 or effective date of award whichever is later. This office will not issue hard-copy solicitations/amendments. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 517312.
