SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contracts to provide audiology equipment maintenance services for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045, PFC Floyd K Lindstrom Clinic, 3141 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, Pueblo VA Clinic, 4776 Eagleridge Circle, Pueblo, CO 81008, Golden VA Clinic, 1020 Johnson Rd., Golden, CO 80401, Jewell Clinic, 14400 East Jewell Ave, Aurora, CO 80012. The Contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for various pieces of audiology equipment. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about March 3, 2020 and proposals shall be submitted 15 days after the issuance of the solicitation, and no later than 11:00 a.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a small business size standard of $22 Million. This solicitation will be full and open competition.
