Portland Cement Concrete Street RepairsRFP Number:23.139Start Date:01/09/2023 11:33 a.m.Close Date:01/31/2023 1:45 p.m. Portland Cement Concrete Street Repairs: Portland Cement Concrete Street Repairs within the corporate limits of the City of Broken Arrow is to be accomplished by a non-encumbered contract. The work will be removal and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete streets, curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways, handicap ramps, manhole and water valve adjustments, and other concrete structures at various locations throughout the City, at the unit price bid for each repair item. This contract will be for one year (365 days) from date of award. Upon mutual agreement by the City and the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for another year, up to two renewals , at the same unit price. For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. All required affidavits and Proposal Guarantees MUST be submitted through QuestCDN.com with bid documents.
