The base proposal will be for a combination of synthetic turf for the main field (74,110 sf) and natural grass (16,900 sf) in other areas. Each respondent will be asked to submit an alternate proposal to replace all existing grass with natural grass. Both proposals will be asked to submit a total cost of ownership that would include installation and maintenance for a ten-year period. Respondents are responsible for verifying actual quantities. Any award will include removing all natural turf, fine grading and leveling as-needed, replacing with either synthetic turf or natural grass as indicated on the drawing. Scope will also include this replacement of the current lighting, temporary bleachers, fencing, and goal posts. Other Details Minimum Qualifications/Requirements of Respondents 3.1 Provide a concise description of your firm’s experience with similar projects including history, size, experience, references, resources, etc. that will support the City in the performance and execution of this project. 3.2 Financial independence capability for fulfilling the requirements of the solicitation. 3.3 Experience key personnel assigned to perform and/or oversee the work for the City. 3.4 Project must be completed within 60 days from the start date of the project or June 15, 2024, whichever comes first.
