The United States Coast Guard is seeking to lease 1,500-2,200 BOMA Rentable Square Feet, yielding a minimum of 1,500 BOMA Usable Square Feet of secure office space on one contiguous floor, to house Coast Guard Recruiting Command personnel. This space should have the capability to house 5 to 8 personnel during a standard workday. It will also need to contain a kitchenette, storage area, IT closet, and unisex bathroom. Space should be near Public Transportation. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 7/31/2023.
