ADA-09211 Proposal to Extend a State Airport Land Lease at Dillingham Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-09211 (Lot 4, Block 800), consisting of approximately 19,800 square feet, at Dillingham Airport for an additional 5 years. Applicant: Tucker Aviation, Inc. Annual rent: $3,544.20. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – 135 Air taxi operation, maintenance of a hangar and office, fueling of lessee’s aircraft, and related aircraft and vehicle parking.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 14, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
