The Federal Aviation Administration has a new construction effort to modernize the elevator system at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester Air Traffic Control Tower in Rochester, NY. This project is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 238290, size standard of $22.0 million.The Request for Proposal (RFP), including Performance Work Statement, Elevator Information Sheet, Wage Rates, Past Performance Questionnaire, and Standardized Proposal Breakdown are attached to this Announcement.The price range for this requirement is $400,000 to $600,000.Payment and Performance Bonds are required.A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 9:00 am. local time. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site.
