Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Items Description: 36C25022Q0432 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 Effective January 30, 2022. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. This solicitation is for Brand Name items only. Brand Name Justification is attached. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is seeking to purchase a Skytron Boom System, for the LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center, Medicine Service, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
