Mar 21, 2017 5:09 pm This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding solicitation W52P1J-17-R-5011 for a construction project consisting of furnishing labor, equipment and material to Upgrade Freight Elevator #1 in Building 220. The project location is on the south side of Rodman Avenue inside the Joint Munitions and Technology Center (JMTC) Manufacturing Area on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. This project will be solicited as a full and open competition under NAICS 238290.
Please note, this is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will be posted on or around 10 Apr 2017 that will have all the necessary documents, including a Scope of Work.
The total estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00
Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project.
