Notice Summary Sole Source Notice 4009 is amended to add an additional 3 months and $2,000,000.00 for a new Not to Exceed of $5,000,000.00 to allow for the submission and processing of a Sole Source request with Department of Administrative Services. The new solicitation will allow for Department of Human Services (DHS), Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and Department of Justice, Child Support Unit to enter into a collaborative agreement for these services. All other language, findings, approvals and brand name justification remain without revision.
This Notice is pursuant to the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279B.085(4) and 279B.400 and the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 125-247-0710.
Any affected person may protest the approval of this Sole Source Procurement. An affected person must deliver such written protest to DHS within seven (7) calendar days after the first date of this Public Notice. The written protest must include:
