Any person contemplating submitting a bid who is in doubt as to the true meaning or finds any discrepancies or omissions of any part of the solicitation, must submit questions by the online PlanetBids Vendor Portal by the Due On date. Questions not received by the PlanetBids Vendor Portal by the Due On date and time will not be considered as such questions are non-responsive to the requirements.
