STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES CENTRAL REGION, DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 25242038 – Bethel: Chief Eddie Hoffman Highway Rehabilitation Design ServicesThe Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services for the Bethel: Chief Eddie Hoffman Rehabilitation project. The project will rehabilitate Chief Eddie Hoffman Highway from the Bethel Airport to Watson's Corner. This project may include phased construction. Specific services that are major include surveying (topographic and ROW), ROW mapping, hydrologic and hydraulic design, traffic analysis, a design study report, public involvement, plans, specifications, engineer's estimate(s), assistance during bidding and assistance during construction. 2028. Cost of these professional services is expected to be $1,000,000 or greater. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 20, 2024, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408. Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than April 18, 2024, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
