DFAC Commercial Equipment Maintenance/Repair

Dining Facility Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance & Repair Services The government is contemplating award of a requirements contract for Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance & Repair services located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The Contractor must provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other items or services necessary to perform preventive maintenance on all small-ware equipment (commercial kitchen equipment which is any equipment that is not considered real property in which Civil Engineer is responsible for maintaining) for Dining Facility buildings 5986, 5904, 5640, 5610, 5555, and 5517. The Contractor is responsible for sustaining, maintaining by preventive maintenance, installing new equipment, repairing or replacing parts to resolve and correct operational issues involving all commercial equipment in each of these buildings when the building itself is in an operational aspect. The Contractor

must be able to perform preventive maintenance/ equipment sustainment and services on both hot and cold kitchen equipment. A description of both types of kitchen equipment will be explained under the equipment type of this Performance Work Statement. This is a commercial acquisition. The Period of Performance shall consist of (1) twelve month base year with (4) twelve month option years. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the most current federal acquisition circular. This action is being procured under NAICS code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance) and related business standard - $12.5M. The solicitation is expected as an RFQ issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside requirement. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to do business with the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about 26 March 2024. The due date for proposals will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page within the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested contractors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities web page frequently for updates/amendments to the solicitation.
