Bid Title:2024 Godwin Pump Replacements Category:ConstructionStatus:Open Description: ADDENDUM WILL BE ISSUED AND BID OPENING DATE WILL BE CHANGED. ********************************************************************************************************************************The Source of Funding for this Project will include American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) - State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF).BASE BID: In general, the work on this project consists of furnishing and installing an emergency standby bypass pumping system for 4 pump stations located throughout Cherry Hill, complete as specified within these Contract Documents and shown on Drawings, appended to these specifications. The bypass pump for each station shall be installed on a concrete pad located within the boundaries of the site. In addition to installing the new emergency standby bypass pumping system, the work shall also include the decommissioning and removal of an existing backup generator on each
site. Where an existing concrete pad is available the pump may be installed on the existing concrete pad with the approval of the Engineer. Some sites may require the old pad to be removed and a new pad to be installed. After work has been completed, the Contractor shall be responsible for all restoration of the work site. All work shall be constructed in accordance with the Cherry Hill Township requirements. The Contractor shall coordinate efforts with the Township to notify affected residents during construction.ADD/ALTERNATE BID: In general, the work on this project consists of installing an emergency standby bypass pumping system for the Haddontowne pump station located in Cherry Hill. The bypass pump shall be installed on a new concrete pad located within the boundaries of the site. After work has been completed, the Contractor shall be responsible for all restoration of the work site. All work shall be constructed in accordance with the Cherry Hill Township requirements.
