The information gathered through this tender will be shared with the other institutional cooperative members who are separate entities and are solely responsible for issuing their own contract purchase orders

or agreements. Contracts, purchase orders or agreements, invoices, and payments of the WEPC participant institution(s) are that institutions sole responsibility, and are completely separate and apart from the business of The City of Windsor. The University of Windsor is also a member of the WEPC, and may choose to participate at any time during the term of award for this tender.
