Moline Public Library Garden

The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1471 - Moline Public Library Garden. The Moline Library Outdoor Garden is proposed to become an extension of the library space for programming activities and inviting visitors to connect to nature. The project entails a vestibule addition, stage pavilion structure, shade pergolas, pathways, a story reading loop, grading, lighting, utilities, landscaping and perimeter fencing. There are two alternate pay items included. The lowest most responsive and responsible bidder will be selected based on the base bid only. There are 136 working days allowed for this project. Upon project award, the Contractor shall provide a schedule of values with each pay application. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. Bidding will take place solely through IONWAVE's website. Vendors must log in to the ebidding system to submit a bid. All documents must be submitted electronically by the bid opening on Friday, April 19th, 2024 at 10:00 AM CST. The bid opening will be held virtually, through the City's RingCentral system.
