*MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE* Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. 1570 Poole Blvd., Yuba City, CA 95993. Meet at the flagpole. The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot asphalt repairs and seal and stripe services at the Yuba City DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. The anticipated term for this Agreement is fifteen (15) calendar days within the term of February 1, 2023 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through June 30, 2024. The bidder must possess a valid A or C-12 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
