The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Evidence Partners Inc. The Division of Diabetes Translation's (DDT) Translation Health Education and Evaluation Branch (THEEB) is committed to reducing the preventable burden of diabetes through public health leadership, partnership, research, programs, and policies to translate science into practice. THEEB uses state-of-the-science literature and systematic review methods to compile and synthesize all available scientific evidence on a wide-range of population based interventions for promoting type 2 diabetes prevention and supporting diabetes self-management. Collectively, these efforts ensure that policy, practice, and research direction and funding decisions are informed by the highest quality evidence and in the least amount of time.
