20035 Water Tank, Hydrinic Pump, and VAV Box Upgrades at Independence Grove Forest Preserve

The work consists of the demolition of the existing water storage tank and its concrete supports, Air Compressor and 3
inch line. Also demo two inline pumps, two triple duty valves and two pipe reducers. Provide all parts and labor for the installation of a new Water Tank, Hydronic Pump and VAV Box Upgrades.

In accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01
et
seq., not less than the prevailing rate of wages for similar work in the locality in which the Work is to be performed shall be paid to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing Work under this Contract.  Occasionally, the Illinois Department of Labor may revise the prevailing rate of hourly wages to be paid; the revised rate shall apply to this Contract.  The prevailing rate of wages in Lake County can be found on the IDOL website:
