Concrete Replacement

SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Concrete Replacement project for Perry¿s Victory & International Peace Memorial (PEVI) in Put-In-Bay, OH. Work consists of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for removal of existing concrete, install new concrete, and various site improvements/restoration. We anticipate that work would begin in Apr/May 2024. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6424B0004 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Ottawa County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: addressed in the official solicitation North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 237990, and the size standard is $45 million.
