Submittals must be received by Browne Sebright, Housing Program Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation, at the Office of Community Development, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 3:00 p.m. local time Friday, January 6, 2023. PCMC requests Proposals from experienced individuals or firms interested in working with PCMC. The work outlined in the RFP includes land development feasibility studies, calculation of permitting fees, and recommended zoning for affordable housing development on the site.
