RFI Electronic Permitting System

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the Vermont Agency of Transportation to obtain information and receive cost estimates for a Software as a Service (SAAS) permitting system for Oversize/Overweight (OSOW) vehicles.

The Vermont Agency of Transportation will evaluate submissions to explore how proposed solutions could meet Agency needs and to understand associated costs. The Vermont Agency of Transportation shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by the vendors in the preparation of their submission, or for any work performed prior to contract issuance.
