Oracle Support Staff Augmentation (REBID2)

Description: The Information Systems Department of the City of Winston-Salem is requesting proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing professional services to augment the City’s current in-house Oracle support staff. This effort will include providing on-demand, as-needed third-party support for production issues, daily operations, and project-based work. The City’s current staff is skilled in the use of Oracle products and can typically self-support.
