Goodfellow AFB intends to issue a solicitation for grounds maintenance service. Services consist of mowing, trimming, weed control, vegetative bed maintenance, tree and shrub pruning, and tree removal on a routine or task order basis in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Period of performance will be base year plus four one-year option periods starting 1 April 2020.  The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 12 and 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730, the size standard is $8.0M. The acquisition is a 100% HUBZone small business set aside. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 28 Jan 2020. The anticipated award date is on or about 16 March 2020.  All requests for

clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contracting specialist 1st Lt Candace Bevilacqua at 325-654-1945 or candace.bevilacqua@us.af.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
