The Department of General Services (DGS) invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to Notice of Forthcoming Procurement (NFP)# 114212 for Patrol Vehicle Technology Ecosystem.  The NFP can be located by copying the following link into your browser: http://www.emarketplace.state.pa.us/Procurement_Details.aspx?id=114212.
Topics for discussion will include, but not

be limited to, industry standards, vendor community insight and expertise, best practices and current and future technology enhancements.
The event will be held at the Department of General Services, 555 Walnut Street, Forum Place, 6th Floor, Harrisburg, PA  17101 on Wednesday January 30, 2019 from 9:00 - 11:00 am EST.
The first hour of the supplier forum (9:00 - 10:00 am ET) is an open discussion regarding the upcoming RFP and is tailored to both potential prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors. The second hour of the supplier forum (10:00 - 11:00 am ET) will be tailored for both potential prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.  The second hour will include a presentation on the Commonwealth’s Small and Small Diverse Business program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies and networking time for prospective prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** Public parking in the Forum Place Parking Garage is no longer available.  Public parking is available in the “5th Street Parking Garage” which is across the street from the Forum Place Building.  Daily rates apply at that facility which is run by the Harrisburg Parking Authority.  We have provided a link to their information:

Public parking is also available at the parking meters along Walnut Street.   
The supplier forum is to be held at 9am.  In case of inclement weather, we will follow any Commonwealth delay or office closure for Capitol Complex Harrisburg, PA
