Supplemental Notice of Proposed Changes on Security Service Fee in the Regulations of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities proposes to adopt regulation changes in 17 AAC 45 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with the establishment of Security Service Fee. This is a SUPPLEMENTAL PUBLIC NOTICE incorporating the contents of the original public notice of September 13, 2020. This SUPPLEMENTAL PUBLIC NOTICE is being issued so that the department may furnish additional regulations notice information under AS 44.62.190(d), and to extend the public comment period on the proposed regulations.The comment period is being extended and comments must be received before 5:00 pm AKDST on October 22, 2020.You may submit comments to Rich Sewell, Aviation Policy Planner, Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, P.O.
