Other Details All banners are either 30” (inch) wide by 60” (inch) long (Crown Valley Park banners), 24” (inch) wide by 96” (inch) long (Niguel Hills Middle School Banners) or 30” (inch) wide by 72” (inch) long (General City Banners) digitally printed on both sides. Existing banners are fabricated with black-out vinyl fabric with 4”(inch) reinforced pole pockets on the top and bottom. There is one (1) set of hardware per two (2) banners. The preferred hardware is “Windspill” banner hardware, with stainless steel bases and white pultrude fiberglass banner arms to be secured to the street light pole with stainless steel banding.
