Comprehensive Operations Management System

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the Department of Corrections (DOC) to gather input and obtain information and cost estimates in proceeding with proposals for a real time data system for use by staff, business partners and customer that is easy to navigate, easily and appropriately altered, and can automate the management of the people under the supervision of the DOC and associated operational functions to carry out that supervision. DOC is a unified system working with individuals in an incarcerative and community setting. There is no separate jail system in Vermont that houses a detainee population. The data system will be inclusive of the daily process required by DOC to carry out its responsibilities. The DOC intends to evaluate the submissions by respondents to explore how they would meet their needs and understand the cost associated with proposed solutions.
