Project Management Services – Technology Projects

Banff Centre is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Project Management Services (Project Manager, Business Analyst, and possibly functional expertise) for our upcoming Technology Refresh Program. We are looking for a firm that can step beyond the provision of traditional project management services and will deliver a multitude of projects on time and on budget. We are looking for a partner who lives best practices and who is willing to impart skills, knowledge, and methods to our staff so that we may grow to manage projects in the same manner. We expect that the first project will be to replace Banff Centre’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement, and Budgeting). Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 22 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/27.
