in our digital marketing efforts through creative, targeting, placement, overall campaign strategy and best practices for all digital campaigns, analytics and reports, market research, as well as keeping us up to date on current and emerging digital trends. The awarded vendor will provide the following services: • Digital marketing campaigns utilizing a combination of Programmatic Display, Paid Search with (keywords plus display plus retargeting; demographic, contextual, interest and behavioral targeting) and Paid Social (on a variety of channels potentially including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.) • Unlimited creative design (still and video remix) and copy writing/keyword curation for entire campaign / Ability to optimize content based on campaign performance (Zero billable hours) • Vendor to pay for our digital placements with third-party vendors (Facebook, Google, etc.) • Looking for the flexibility to change up the messaging, programming and shift media channels as needed throughout the campaign to optimize results • Provide strategy recommendations related to first party data and location targeting that allow campaign optimization to CSUSB target audience. • Increase CSUSB website visitation with quality candidates; Creating a top-down marketing funnel that we can track. (We want to track the amount of time they are on our sites and how often they visit. This should be viewable in our dashboards/reports.) The awarded vendor will produce unlimited creative (text ads, display, video remix, etc.) in support of various campaigns with review and approval by CSUSB. We will provide existing assets (such as program-specific photos, videos, logos, fonts, etc.) and support the awarded vendor with sourcing new assets as needed. The awarded vendor will provide market research support and competitive advertising analysis with budget recommendations including information on future changes and current performance. The awarded vendor must at a minimum, participate in monthly calls which include status updates, performance reports, provide recommendations and to address questions. The awarded vendor will provide recommendations and consultation for the most effective and cost-efficient approach to meet the program goals which include increasing qualified lead generation, applicants, enrollments and/or university branding awareness. The awarded vendor must have access to and use of the most current media research throughout the contract period. The awarded vendor must provide a dashboard, media tracking platform or reports which allows us to monitor campaigns in real time 24/7. Additionally, the awarded vendor will assist us with closing the attribution loop via Google Analytics and our marketing CRM, Anthology and Salesforce.
