Other Details In addition to the items listed in this proposal, the contractor shall enter into an “AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE SERVICES” with the City. An example of that agreement is attached (Attachment F) and addressed issues such as prevailing wage, insurance requirements and indemnification.
