Request for Bids 2023 Tree Maintenance Bid/RFP Status: Open - accepting bids and proposalsBid/RFP Due Date: Thursday, February 9, 2023 - 5:00pmBack to Bids/RFPsRequest for Bids Scope of Work 2023 Tree Maintenance The City of White Salmon is seeking bids for conducting tree maintenance at of the Sweet Gum Tree at 218 E Jewett Blvd. All work will be overseen by International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certified arborist possessing a minimum of three years full-time experience working in the tree care profession. The certified arborist can be employed by the contractor or can be a subcontractor of the contractor. All tree trimmings and removal are to be disposed of by the contractor. All work shall be performed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This project is subject to Washington State prevailing wages http://www.lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/PrevWage/.

Bids shall include total project cost, 7.5% sales tax, contractor name, contractor mailing address, contractor email and phone, and ISA Credentials. Retainage of 10% will be held until all final paperwork is filed. Contractors must be on the City’s Small Works Roster prior to bid date (no later than February 13, 2023). Bids shall be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, February 9, 2023via email to clerktreasurer @ci.white-salmon.wa.us with subject line noted “2023 Tree Maintenance and Removal.” The City of White Salmon reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the bids.
