Amendment #2 to Sole Source Notice 4009 for Online Employment

Opportunity Summary
Description of goods or services: ODHS Online Employment and Income Verification Services (The Work Number).

Sole Source Notice 4009 is amended to extend the current contract #DHS-149278-16 to allow for the submission and processing of a Sole Source request with Department of Administrative Services. The new solicitation will allow for Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and Department of Justice, Child Support Unit to enter into a collaborative agreement for these services. All other language, findings, approvals and brand name justification remain without revision.

This Sole Source Notice serves as notice of ODHS's intent to enter into a written contract amendment with TALX. Any such Contractor that submits a protest to this Notice must clearly document it's capability of providing the ability to verify employment and income information about an individual required by ODHS and OHA to determine

eligibility and correct level of benefits and all required support and training described herein this Sole Source.
