MTA IT is focused on accelerating its ability to deliver consistent, cost effective, and quality IT services to stakeholders. As such, the MTA seeks to automate its current manual processing of medical records as well as digitize the data capture and electronic storage of paper records. MTA intends to select one firm or multiple firms to provide the required services for five (5) years plus three (3) one-year options.
