Request for Bids 911 Cellular Call Boxes July 11, 2023 Request For Bids General Description The City of Greenville is accepting bids for two 911 cellular call boxes that will connect users to our local Central Dispatch Authority. Any and all questions regarding this bid request shall be directed to the principal contact listed above. Due Date Bids are due at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Submission of Proposals Please submit your sealed “Bid Response Sheet” using the attached bid form.

One copy of the proposal shall be delivered to: City of Greenville Attn: City Clerk 411 S. Lafayette Street Greenville, MI 48838 All responses must be clearly labeled – “GDPS 911 Cellular Call Box Bid.” http://www.greenvillemi.org/ Request For Bids Evaluation of Proposals The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville. Selection of Proposals After all of the proposals have been reviewed and evaluated, the winning selection will be presented to City Council for approval. The City Council, through a vote, will confirm the selected party of which to offer the sale of outlined equipment in this bid request. Scope of Work The City of Greenville will accept bids for the manufacture and delivery of two 911 cellular call boxes that link directly to our local Central Dispatch Authority. The bid must also include a minimum one year warranty for parts and labor. Additional equipment specifications are included at the rear of this document.
