"OFFICE OF FACILITIES AND PLANNING\n309 Young Hall \u00ab 820 Chestnut Street\nJefferson City, MO 65101\n\nRequest for Qualifications \u2014 Design/Builder\n\nRFQ No.: LU24001\nTitle: Small Ruminant and Meat Processing Facility\nIssue Date: February 15, 2024\n\nLincoln University of Missouri will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified\nDesign/Build teams (DBTs) for providing Design/Build services for a new, $8 million Small\nRuminantand Meat Processing Facility.\n\nThe selected Design/Build team will work with the University's project committee & design\ncriteria consultant in the design and construction of this important facility. The University\nintends to pre-qualify 2-4 Design-Build teams showing experience and experlise in:\n\ne Designing and constructing Meat Processing and Food Handling facilities.\n\ne Leading client groups through systematic analysis and resolution of complex\ndesign and construction issues.\n\ne Implementing time-critical projects on
schedule.\ne Providing timely and accurate cost information integral to the planning process.\n\nThe selected DBT must show exceptional experience with similar facilities. DBTs are\nencouraged to team with recognized experts in the planning and design of Meat\nProcessing and Food Handling facilities. Teams must be prepared to meet the\nUniversity\u2019s aggressive schedule for the project, which calls for the project to be\ncompleted no later than December 31, 2024.\n\nTo be considered for this role, provide your firm\u2019s qualifications that demonstrate your\nexperience in the above-listed responsibilities for review by the University\u2019s Selection\nCommittee.
