The term of the contract will be for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to agreement of the supplier and the City. Bids are due no later than 1:00 pm, CST, Tuesday, February 7, 2023. Questions are due no later than 2:00 pm, CST, Tuesday, January 18, 2023. All questions must be submitted on Bonfire in the questions and answers section. Due to Environmental Control Services' spill response designation,

the need to have the most rapid analysis turn-around in emergency situations is required. When requested, the laboratory must be able to meet a 24 hour turnaround. Only laboratories that can meet this requirement will be considered. Award will be based on best value as defined in Local Government Code Chapter 252, Section 042. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable.
