T&OD understands that mentoring software is essential to ensuring a successful experience by both mentors and mentees. It is our expectation that the software will reduce and streamline administrative tasks, will provide a mechanism for monitoring progress toward achieving initiative goals, and will integrate with existing enterprise systems including SAP.BackgroundIn alignment with the County of Sacramento's Cultural Change initiative, the T&OD is implementing programs to attract, retain, and advance talent.
