Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Stafford Act), as amended for future declared disasters in accordance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regulations and guidelines on an as-needed basis for an initial two (2) year contract period with three (one) year renewal options.
