Detailed Description This Request for Bids (RFB) is an opportunity for prospective bidders to be part of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Snowmobiles and ATVs. There are two bidder streams: - stream 1 is for manufacturers and/or authorized master distributors - stream 2 is for authorized dealers It is the intention to award this VOR arrangement to multiple manufacturers, and/or authorized master distributors, and/or authorized dealers. Bidders will be expected to put forward preferential rates for each model year for the products that are appropriate for government, institutional or commercial use that meet the specifications supplied by the Ontario Public Sector (OPS) and, other applicable Ontario public sector organizations (“non-OPS”). Scope of Work To identify qualified vendors to provide goods and services as outlined in the RFB to various governmental entities across the province, including being made available on an optional basis to non-OPS organizations.
