User behaviour, known users, content engagement) by
executing through Multi-channel (Links email, social, web, etc.) by enhancing personalization offerings with targeted campaigns and tactics Help Improve Employee Engagement and Confidence by creating personalized experiences for customers without burdening their own capacity by identifying areas of opportunity from an organic and paid perspective to inform new marketing strategy to generate qualified leads by identifying and understanding the prospect and customer journey by sending push notifications to inform RMs of customer activity, goal and milestone achievements, and contact efforts And by surfacing this information in our CRM through an integration Help Build Customer Loyalty by offering solutions relevant to their operation and preferences Help Manage Consent & Preference by integrating with OneTrust Help Harmonize the customer information, from 2 “sales” homegrown CRMs, to get a single version of the truth about the customer. The above dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of FCC. Any changes to the RFP Schedule will be communicated to all Proponents via amendment on MERX. RFP PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS This opportunity is covered under the provisions of Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 (Government Procurement) of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). FCC is subject to the Official Languages Act (Canada). Proponents may choose to respond to this RFP in their official language of choice (English or French). This opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, and is not a call for tenders.
